The OrganiCity Open Call is almost upon us. For the first time, a smart city platform designed with citizens and for citizens will open to communities for experimental projects across three cities.
From early 2016 researchers, businesses, citizens and more are invited to propose experiments for London using urban data and the internet of things. Experiment proposals can access up to 60,000 € of funding, and the call is open to experimenters from anywhere who are willing to use the OrganiCity platform.
On 14 January 2016, your London OrganiCity partners will introduce the suite of tools that will be available, including urban data sets from across London (UK), Aarhus (Denmark) and Santander (Spain). In addition, we will take you through the application process for the open call.
Finally, we’ll celebrate one year worth of co-creation with a rapid ideas exchange and collaborator networking.
