Skills request: Co-creation, Facilitation, local knowledge, NGO

We want to create an experiment for bike parking in city centres, to get more people to use bikes for their daily commute.
We want to get in contact with a community or NGO to co-create the bike parking experiment for local requirements.
The experiment will involve user driven innovation, design such as prototypes we would test in labs and in your city. We want to expand the experiment from Aarhus to London, Salzburg and other cities.
We seek communities that are excited about co-creation and prototyping.
