3space
Established in 2010, 3space works with corporates, government and developers across the UK to unlock and maximise their otherwise under-utilised or surplus commercial property. 3Space has repurposed over 40 buildings across the UK, providing for a range of uses including co-working, makerspaces, artist studios and experimental projects such as a Green Lab.
3space believes that affordable space via interim use provides opportunities for local-led innovation and growth, whilst integrating great businesses and non-profits into the urban regeneration and change process.
Opportunities:
- App and real-time platform for identifying empty buildings & solutions by neighbourhood.
- Technology solution to create a distributed network of pop-up hydropnic farms in under-utilized spaces connected by a common marketplace.
- Platform to connect hosts (e.g. employees) in offices who have access to unused space – with those who need on-demand meeting space.
